One: Make sure the bow you have has Dragon Affinity to it (i recommend either Black Bow or Akantor Bow) Two: Pack A LOT of Shinies (Flash Bombs). Lunastras fire barrier thing makes hitting it with bows impossible, but it drops the barrier when it's stunned with a shiny. afterwards, aim for it's head, and once you break it's crown, go nuts.
