T. Borchlotz is one of Sir John Jacobs' interrogators. Over the course of Oceans Unmoving II he was supposedly interrogating the Grays (who called him "Mr. Torturelots"), but at the end it was revealed that he was doing so on the orders of Calix, to convince others to stand against Sir John Jacobs. He was last seen as a prisoner of the rebels. T. Borchlotz first appeared on November 3, 2005.
