Mercyfulfate is a citizen of Wigtown, Galloway, Scotland. He is the current Galloway University Rector, Priest of Wigtown and Judge of Galloway. He is the Chief of Clan Blackadder, a Scottish border-clan that had some of her members move west to Mercyfulfate's location, taking up residency in Wigtown. He is the owner of Blackadder Slaughterhouse, Wigtown's premier gambling house (casino tavern), formerly known as L'Abattoir de Mercy (The Slaughterhouse of Mercy). More details will be supplied soon.
