This is quite simple. This can use either the 04XX or 10XX blocks, but for this example it will use a 10XX block since they are always activated. C2 displays text on the bottom, C3 text on the top, and C4 plays a sound effect. You can preview them in the editor, if the help files are installed. Now exit the block by 05FD0001 so the sound doesn’t keep restarting forever and the text goes away. A simple enough block is:
