Placerville is a really shitty town east of Sacramento. Known for its popular beverage, the Pink Pantydropper, Placerville is home to many quality individuals. The Flesh of Bulls says that Placerville's In-N-Out Burger is really good, but this has not been verified. Placerville is notable because on Halloween 2007, The Wiz convinced Tarvis to go to a party in Placerville with him. The Wiz made promises of a keg, and many people. Tarvis should know better than to trust The Wiz, but he doesn't.
