Inigo uses the 19th Maxis face template in Create a Sim, except the eyes are closer to his forehead than on the default template, and the eyebrows use the 8th face template. Also the jaw is longer than on the default face. However the jaw is only longer on teenage, adult and elder females, which may mean that the jaw was genetically passed down, as this oddity generally only occurs on Sims whose facial features were genetically passed down. Inigo's SimDNA in SimPE shows that he carries the recessive allele for dark blue eyes. Also his dominant skin tone range is for medium skin, while his recessive skin tone range is for dark skin. However Inigo's dominant and recessive alleles are for dark skin.
