"Sleepy" Nagelson was a male New Republic pilot who had earned his nickname while flying a reconnaissance mission during the Thrawn Crisis while asleep. He was sent to fly a recon through the star system that contained Wakiza and did not return; it was speculated that he was either shot down or captured by the Yevetha.
