The disputed land is claimed by the Repbulic of Abkhazia, a partially recognised state controlled by a separatist government, and the Republic of Georgia . More info about this can be found here . Scythia's capital city is Atlas, however it is officially the town of Adzuibzha. Upon complete control of the territory by the Scythian government, it will be renamed to Atlas and built into a large city.
