Malcolm Roach was a Human male Starfleet officer in the late 24th century. In May 2381, Commander Roach served as first officer of the USS Quirinal, a Vesta-class starship assigned to Project Full Circle, a fleet tasked with exploration of the Delta Quadrant. His commanding officer, Captain Regina Farkas, noted that Roach was a professional and disciplined officer, and particularly fastidious and business-like when on duty.
