Effect updates and description changes can be seen here. Final Charge is a Bravery deck specific effect card. When used it removes the attack cooldown time on allied monsters on the board. This means it doesn't make your monsters attack if paralyzed or that you can use this card, and then use your monsters to attack and then attack again. But instead you can get cards that are already spent from attacking or just being placed on the board, and then get them to attack again after using Final Charge. It's best to save up a bit of gold before using this ability and with a full board. Will not work on paralyzed monsters.
