This jutsu is one of the Hima Clan secret Barrier Ninjutsu. It allows for the creation of a flat barrier, originating from the user's person, that can cut through generally anything. This is mostly used to decapitate the opponent, hence the name. Masters of this technique can use this technique on a giant scale, being able to cut a whole forest in half.
