Spring Falls is a census-designated place (CDP) in Evergreen County, Montage. Located in the foothills of the Valaro Mountains and home to the Fort Hamilton military facility, the town's population of 3,480 largely depends on tourism for it's economy. Spring Falls is home to a number of Bed & Breakfasts, motels, and family restaurants.
