Path of Cold Winds was an Imperial road which connected Cold Wind City (CN9) to Daidoji Yukan-se (A19). This highway was the only overland connection the Kakita had to their most important trading port. Crane patrols were assisted by the ronin of Daidoji Yukan-se tower.
