Arceria is a Territory that exists in Kaeleer. It is a Kindred Territory, although it is implied (in Queen of the Darkness) that there are at least a few Blood villages within its borders. Glacia may be a neighboring territory, although this is not clear. Kaelas, a Red-Jeweled Warlord Prince Arcerian cat, serves as the Warlord Prince of Arceria.
