The Gurubashi Arena, in ruins for years, has been long used by the pirate crew of Short John Mithril, who throw morbid parties watching various adventurers tear at eachothers throats for a chance at the treasure they throw inside. Vyronis, a Priest from the Stonetalon Mountains, is the most successful of those adventurers, having dominated the event for nine years. Long bored with the contents of the treasure chest itself, he makes his abode in the arena, issuing defiant challenges for someone, anyone, to come and try to take the loot from him.
