Kazuhiro was a member of the Tribe of Noriaki, and a part of an attack on Seppun Hill shortly after the Fall of the Kami. The attack against the Seppun was thwarted by the Kami, and Hantei offered Kazuhiro and his captured men their lives in exchange for joining the fledgling Empire. Kazuhiro pleaded for his life, but was killed by his son Mutsuhito, who had been hiding nearby after escaping capture.
