Ahid City is the capital city of both Areltsi and the Nymean Ascendancy in general. Though its official name is Ahid City, most foreigners refer to it as Areltsi City or just Areltsi. The city has twelve million people living in it with approximately five million of them non-natives. With ninety percent of all non-Nymean species on Areltsi living in Ahid City, it has a very diverse culture and atmosphere. The city is a modern metropolis with a Galaxy class spaceport that serves as the major transit point between the Ascendancy and the rest of the Galaxy.
