Consider the following: Janis needs to kill Mark, or she will lose her contact with the "dark side" and possibly even be killed herself. In Mark's Flashforward, he is still alive. Yet, in Charlie's and Vogel's Flashforwards, Vogel is telling someone that "Mark Benford is dead". So, Janis, with Vogel's assistance (or the other way around) faked killing Mark in order so that Janis will remain in contact with the enemy. Whether they let Mark in on what they're doing, I'm guessing they will. It would be the sensible thing to do. That means the man Vogel was talking in ther two FFs has been identified as a conspirator.
