The user first charges their hands with lightning chakra once this is done any opponent that comes into contact with the users hand will be blasted away by the lightning potential stored in the user’s hand. This jutsu does fair amount of damage and can also be used to paralyze an opponent by touching their chakra points depending where the user touches the opponent. By grabbing the opponents by the arm or hand the user can send the stored up electricity from their own hand into the opponent’s body and electrocute them.
