Niofu Sangto was a hero of Koryo. Niofu Sangto defeated the Kozakuran navy in the Battle of Wui Eyong in the year Koryo 812 and possessed the sitting dog, a magical chalice of uncertain powers, and was the last known have to used it. Niofu Sangto also owned a fortress that stood on the coast somewhere to the east of the city of Tu Pe. Both the fortress and the dog were lost before 1357 DR.
