1746 Wizard's Cart is a Dragon Masters set released in 1993. It contains a handcart with a treasure chest on it and Majisto the sorcerer. This is the polybag version of the otherwise identical boxed set 1736 Wizard's Cart. It was also released as a promotional set for the Japanese company Kabaya under the number 2891 in 1998.
