The pack was released on February 20th, 2013 alongside the application of a patch. The vehicle rewarded to the player is completely random but any vehicle rewarded also comes with a car slot. Any vehicle can be won from the pack including Art Director, Best in Class, Cop Edition, Drag, Elite, Holiday Themed, Juggernaut, Need for Speed Classic, Treasure Hunter and World Vintage styles. The only exception to this are promotional cars, the Pagani Zonda F Roadster, the Bugatti Veyron 16.4, Achievement style cars and cars with a stock performance rating within E class.
