Velastrasza is a red dragon in high elf guise, usually found standing next to or near Baleflame. She serves as a quest giver at the Highland Forest[[:File:|[, ]]] and Vermillion Redoubt[[:File:|[, ]]] in the Twilight Highlands, and also within the Grim Batol instance.
