Members of the French Agency are involved in a plot to steal secret information from Japan's National Institute of Technology. The Contractors Jean, Paul, and Louis, as well as the human Alain, attempt to acquire and extract this information by killing Shinoda Chiaki and replacing her with a Doll. They access the Insitute's computers using the core system at PANDORA. Afterwards, they use the Doll of Shinoda to bait Hei in to a trap, but they are unsuccessful and are killed.
