Water Elemental Ghosts, are little ghostly balls of water with white- yellow eyes, that clearly represent the water element. These little ghosts make their appearances in Luigi's Mansion. They usually can be found in sinks, or foutains or any wet place. They can be sucked up by the Poltergust 3000, and used for different quests around the mansion. Sucking these up, you can defeat other ghosts in the mansion, like the Tempor Terror and Spark.
