The Telepathist was a mystic and Axis Agent who sent messages to Germany (from America) by telepathy. He came to the Wizard's attention when his girlfriend, Jane Barlow, was seeking some spiritual advice from the swami known as Swami Rivers. Fearing his identity was revealed to her, the Wizard went to investigate what the "secret" was that his soon to be wife learned. During his inquiry, he stumbled upon a German spy ring.
