Tom O'Flanagan is a limited-time character first released on March 7, 2013 as part of the St. Patrick's Day 2013 Event. He is unlocked upon completion of O'Flanagan's Pub. He was re-released for the St. Patrick's Day 2014 Event, the St. Patrick's Day 2015 Event and the St. Easter 2016 Event.
