The wave of ice usually is created before many people notice. It's also usually very quick to gain both size and speed, however there have been times where Luxia could simply release a very powerful, yet quick pulse onto the ground as well. The wave of ice and water nearly swallow everything in its path as it can grow to about 40 feet high, while also coating the ground in pure ice as it travels along the earth.
