Molvar was a Human male who served as a sergeant in the Imperial Military, leading the twelve-man Alpha Squad on the planet Quesh. Molvar had a cousin who became a Sith but died young. Molvar's squad was wiped out by adrenal-using Republic defenders, and Molvar only survived because he was knocked unconscious by a grenade and suffered six broken ribs, a shattered kneecap, and a severe concussion. He later asked a fellow Imperial to finish his mission.
