Varram was a male Secretary to the President of Balmorra Tai Cordan in the aftermath of the Battle of Balmorra during the Galactic War. Though Cordan trusted him, a former Balmorran resistance member Zenith viewed Varram as paranoid for creating a funding a personal milotoa to guard Cordan. Zenith evntually asked for Varram's support in the parlamentary election for the new Balmorran government, which was granted to him.
