Chisato was somewhat quiet and withdrawn. She had a problem with speaking up for herself and was apparently boy crazy. Her brother commited suicide two years before the Program. She also had a crush on Mimura, after she met him on the train and they started to have a conversation, as shown in the spin-off manga Battle Royale:Angels' Border Chisato seems to get annoyed when someone says she is short. She liked to drink tea and had classes of Tea Ceremony.
