Larry ?? is one of the techs for the Simulators. He is one of the techs running Team Kimba through their initial simulation that goes wrong. He is present when Phase registers his GDI Maser and introduces the others present. Phase contacts him often to enter new holdouts for the sims, so he appears quite often in the story involving the sims.
