Emilie-Clarie Barrow was a Canadian voice actress who voiced Rei Hino/Sailor Mars in the English dub in episodes 66-82, and Minako Aino/Sailor Venus in the S and SuperS seasons in the English dub. She is the only English dub voice actress to voice more than one Sailor Senshi (or Scout) in the dub. She was born on June 6th in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She has also voiced Alice Gehabich in Bakugan Battle Brawlers.
