Sulyet was a type of Quarren cuisine. It consisted of small slices of sea creatures attached to tikit grain and served fresh at a bar right next to the chef. Not only was it served raw, it was preferably served while it was still moving. Pieces that were still moving were seen as a sign of freshness. It had a sweet and sour taste. The types of seafood used included purple coral worm, nudibranch, and nexufish. Purple sourwort was a popular garnish. Jax Pavan had sulyet during his visit to Gort's Mon Calamari restaurant.
