Painspeakers are mostly found in the Mournland. They were born from the destruction of Cyre. What all of them have in common is that they were a person who had an unspoken message to relay. These medium-sized undead creatures wield truename magic. Instead of employing a broad selection of truename utterances, a painspeaker utters only the reversed form of "moderate word of nurturing."
