USS Hercules (NCC-584) was a Saladin-class Cochise-subclass destroyer in Starfleet service during the 23rd century. (Star Fleet Technical Manual) Hercules's commanding officer in the 2290s was Commander Hadley. The ship had engaged the Kzinti in battle on many occasions.
