Rob Paulson is an American voice actor and singer. He is best known for his roles as Raphael in the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, Yakko Warner & Dr. Otto Scratchansniff in Animaniacs, Pinky in Pinky and the Brain & Animaniacs, Rev Runner in Loonatics Unleashed, and Throttle in the 1990s and 2006 versions of Biker Mice From Mars.
