At the gates of Hell in the Netherrealm, Moloch along with his fellow Oni Drahmin are surprised to see Scorpion approaching them before the former wraith tosses Drahmin the severed head of a Chaosrealmer to torture. When Drahmin challenged Scorpion to a battle, the former wraith managed to escape by opening a portal of hellfire. Moloch snatched at Hanzo, refusing to let him escape easily, only to be struck in the head with a hammer and knocked back into the Netherrealm.
