The National Assembly of the Pacific Ocean is the main representative body for the Seven Confederate States, equivalent to a congress or parliament, and with seats alloted to the seven city-state members: Bikini Bottom, North Bikini Bottom, New Kelp City, Patrickville, Sandyville, Altoona, and the Land of Fish.
