It is a requirement for the following units: * Tanya * Longbow * Cruiser * Mobile Gap Generator (France) * Phase Transport (England) * Chrono Tank (Germany) It is a requirement for the following defenses: * Gap Generator It is a requirement for the following buildings: * Chronosphere * Atom Bomb (A Soviet Tech Center also allows constructing this)
