While looking for Hector Estanza, an informant gave Vic Mackey the address of his girlfriend, Tigre Orozco. The Strike Team staked out of the house until they saw someone coming in. Thinking it was Hector, they broke in and pursued him. As the suspect tripped in the backyard, Lem ended up shooting him thinking he was drawing a gun. He turned out to be Chaco, Tigre's brother.
