Cithranduil was an Elven commander in the War of the Ancients, leading a battalion of Night Elves against the Demons of Mannoroth. He was an reluctant ally of the Orcs and friend of the Tauren. He personally fought Archimonde's Demons in the Battle of Mount Hyjal when his brother was killed by a Nathrezim. He went temporarily insane with grief and was wounded by an Imp. He awoke in Teldrassil and was warped into a Demon Hunter. He is now the lone watcher, wandering aimlessly until a demon arises. Cithranduil was killed while fighting Lord Melenas. His grave in Moonglade: RIP
