The user mimics a firegun with his or her hand and, via the process of the Hydrification Technique, compresses an amount of water in their index finger. Once charged to a desired size, which takes only seconds for bullets of miniscule size, the drop is then fired at break neck speeds, similar to that of an actual bullet. The bullet utilized by the Second Mizukage had enough power to easily pierce through a sand clone.
