The Garoo are a race mentioned in The Arrival. They are currently involved in the Rakkam Garoo Conflict against the Rakkam. They are native to the Nine-Sifter System, which is where the conflict is taking place. It's unknown if the Andalites are aiding the Rakkam or the Garoo, though they did join the war.
