Dennis Frampton was a Manticoran citizen and an enlisted member of the Royal Manticoran Navy. He was born in the Duchy of Madison on the planet Manticore, and had the typical accent of that region. He served as Captain Aivars Terekhov's personal steward aboard the light cruiser HMS Defiant, and always insisted on inspecting his Captain's appearance minutely before letting him out in public. He was killed in the Battle of Hyacinth. (SI1)
