Needle Flechette is First Aider's offensive hyper weapon that launches enormous needles made of nanomachines to skewer the target and soon detonate. The initial puncturing does no damage on its own but the detonation is its entire source of damage. It has a chance to damage multiple targets if the initial target is close to other ships.
