Elaine To was an inker for Dreamwave Productions. She inked numerous Dreamwave comic issues, most notably the Armada/Energon series from issue 8 onwards, as well as issues of The War Within and Generation One series. Notably, as far as individuals go, she is the person who was owed the most money following Dreamwave's folding. The debt to her was for over $20,000.
