After being created by the inhabitants of the planet, he destroyed them all and took over the planet and enslaved the horses. He has complete control over electric devices, use telekinesis, teleporting people, and shrink them. When the Stooges met him, he imprison them and made robot doubles of them. He ask for the robots to play with the Stooges before converting them into energy. After losing, the robots doubles thought they can capture them by messing with the controls. But they accidentally teleported them out of their master's range.
