Ruka being the creator of the technique boasts the highest degree of mastery with the technique, this allows her to place up to five targets under the total hypnosis created by the fog, though her true mastery of the technique can fool even the strongest of dōjutsu if there is a single target in the fog. Using the technique as a trump card, she can completely disrupt her targets senses and manipulate them in different ways, normally creating apparitions of herself to catch the opponent off guard after they have attacked it, though potentially she can alter all five of their senses in anyway she pleases.
