Explore B3F of the Echoing Library until you encounter a Blue Wallaby. Defeat it until it drops the Wallaby Fist. As it is significantly tougher than other enemies of the stratum, arm binding it can take off a lot of stress that would otherwise be had while fighting that enemy. Return to the bar to turn in the quest - but remember not to accidentally sell the Wallaby Fist!
